Anticipating....2011.

I am not a writer, and I don't think I will ever be one, but one thing I do know when I am in the mood I love to express my thoughts.  The truth, I don't feel bad about my lack of blogging, it has been months since my last post and I have just gotten to urge to attempt it again.  2011 so far has been an interesting year for me, I have taken the bold step to start my own business along with a very good friend.  So far it has been challenging but I have learnt some valuable life lessons in the short time we have decided to make this bold move.  I have come to realise that your destiny lies within you and you have to give birth to that reality and then nurture it to maturity.  This is going to take faith, dedication and commitment.  I hear hard work is also a part of the formula, but I want to eliminate that part of it.  Working on it, I want to work smarter not harder.  I am hoping this will be a defining moment in my life, apart ...

The Wrath of Nicole

Jamaica is not new to tropical storms nor hurricanes they are always visiting the island some even find mates and produce offspring.   However, Nicole took us by surprise, actually Matthew was here last week we thought he had left but he had in-fact left some of his belonging Nicole came searching for him and realizing that when she got here he had just left was mad “earth hath no scorn like a woman’s fury” and furious she was in deed. As the Jamaica saying goes “she deal wid the matter propa” and she pour it out pon Jamaica although we had nothing to do with the break up of she and   Matthew.   So for six (6) days now she has been taking revenge and she is leaving no stone un-turn.   The last I heard was that 8 persons lost their lives.   Not even the church was spared, the newly refurbished Baptist Church in Savanalar lost its roof while several houses were destroyed.   She then came to Kingston and “all hell broke loose”   She destroyed the ...
